Your horses are gorgeous! My friend Amy Sprik has just rescued a Rocky Mountain mare and she is amazingly gentle and warm hearted. She wants to one day start a breeding farm of rocky mountains. If you could email me back and give us some advice about the breed I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much!

My wife and I purchased SDS Renegade from Gregg & Debbie Small last June. He has turned into a very good horse with a good gait and very gentle disposition. He is now 4 yrs old.(by Kentucky Chief, out of Smooth Move) His coat turns light colored like Barlow Chief in the summer.

Your horses are gorgeous, I really wish I had one. Do u have white ones? I think your horses are beautiful. I wish I had one to be a friend to my little paint mare Angel. The way I got Angel was that my mom and I were at a sale barn, my mom at the time was rescuing horses and selling them, a little horse came through the ring and my mom saw that only packers were biding on her and she stuck her # up and one of the packers quit bidding then the other one stopped also. When my mom looked at her the people we bought her from had just pulled a foal off of her. Thats how we got her.

I love rocky mountain horses. I have a Tennesee Walker and I love him, but I really love the demeanor and looks of a Rocky Mtn. I\'m looking for a chocolate brown w/flaxin mane and tail; the typical Rocky Mtn look.

I am an Aussie girl, and breed a variety of warmbloods here in Australia at my stud, Yorkheardt International. I have been riding since the age of five, and first laid eyes on a poster of a rocky at age 10. Ever since I've been intrigued with the uniquness of the breed. I have now determined to import some quality stallions, mares and possibly geldings to add to my breeding program, with the intention of introducing the breed to Australia. I will be keeping the purebred Rocky lines, as well as breeding them with elite warmblood lines to produce world class competition horses.

Here the country can be rugged and good work, hardy horses are essential to many cattle stations and I belive the rockies would be an asset to any Aussie farm. I am confident the breed will be right at home both in the hotter and colder regions of Australia.

I am happy to see such superb animals on your site! Keep up the good work!

Warmest regards

I have enjoyed visiting your website. It is very nicely done. I live in the southern tier of New York where my fiiance and I currently have five Rockies. Two geldings, two broodmares and a coming 3 yo filly that I am starting under saddle. I am looking for a stallion for my Toco Sam granddaughter that we recently purchased last fall. Would it be possible to receive either a DVD or a video of Tucker? Thank you.

Your horses look very nice. Do you give lesson to people to learn to ride them? Do Rocky Mountain horses need shoes?

I started formal riding lessons on October 2. I am totally obsessed with
getting my own horse. My instructor told me the perfect horse for me is
the Rocky Mountain horse. Just looking at the photos and reading about
the breed has verified this. One day, I will own a Rocky Mountain Horse.
I might even buy it from your farm, I live in Louisiana.
